Meeting opened 7.35pm, by teleconference.
2. Present: Graeme Lindup (GL; Chair), Jane Dawson (JD), Clare Simpson (CS), Stephen Wood (SW), Glen Koorey (GK), Elaine Richardson (ER), David Hawke (DH); PLUS 3 proxies (Lynn Sleath, Robert Ibell, Graham Anderson).
GL confirmed that the numbers attending constitutes a quorum.

Introduction
Claire noted that another venue was needed for the June meeting, the Go By Bike Day report had been received and would be circulated, and thanked the submission team for work on upcoming submissions.
Tuesday, May 1 - Annual General Meeting

4. WCC Cycle Lights campaign
5. AGM matters - electing new committee, approving accounts etc.
Meeting was attended by Gaye, Rowan and Alan.
Apologies: Stuart and Graeme.
Midweek from 2-3 weeks ago regarding cycle lanes (by M. West) - Gaye to consider writing a reply.
LTCCP - ALL to consider making submissions, Graeme may highlight some areas of the plan to direct our attention.
Signs up - talked about any reaction to the rural road cycle signs eg Carrington Rd etc: nothing particular noted at this time.
CHAINLINKS - Gaye has started an article on riding SH43 to Ohura and out to Ahiti, requires some photos.

WCC budget amendment and upcoming submissions
At the last meeting we moved in to compaign mode, but the Council (15:0) voted to reinstate the cycle budget. Still need to work on keeping budget in plan.

MINUTES
1. Wild West Bike Fest (Feb 2012) - planning complete. All New Plymouth primary schools will get posters and bookmarks on Mon. High schools will get enough posters for 33% of students.
Wed Feb 1 is Bike To Work day and volunteers will be needed to help serve breakfast at Puke Ariki at 7 am.
Nathaniel will put through calendar of all Bike Fest events and group agreed to ask Katie to send it to full email group.
