MINUTES

1. Wild West Bike Fest (Feb 2012) - planning complete. All New Plymouth primary schools will get posters and bookmarks on Mon. High schools will get enough posters for 33% of students.

Wed Feb 1 is Bike To Work day and volunteers will be needed to help serve breakfast at Puke Ariki at 7 am.

Nathaniel will put through calendar of all Bike Fest events and group agreed to ask Katie to send it to full email group.

2. Stuart nominated to represent cyclists and pedestrians in Let's Go working party consultation group.

3. Let's go sustainable travel log for non-cyclists will be launched in mid-Jan. The idea is to get all schools and work places and log in with the kms they have accumulated. 90% of Welbourn students are now walking or cycling to school.

4. The Bike Hub is nearly complete but location yet to be agreed on. First one will most likely be erected outside Centre City.

5. Davies Lane (near West End School) was chose for first neighbourhood fix up and the design is nearly complete. Lots of paediestrian friendly fixtures to encourage socialising and discourage vehicle traffic.

6. Bank Balance at TSB = $332.59.
