CAN's Cycling Suits programme is great for businesses and organisations looking to promote healthy active behaviour among employees.
Cycling Suits offers three products which an organisation can use in any combination.
- Gearing Up, a 60 minute in-house seminar
- Making the Move, a 90 minute on-road workshop
- Becoming a Bike Friendly Employer, a consultation and advice service for employers
The Gearing Up and Making the Move sessions are designed for people who know how to ride a bike, but would like to start using their bikes to ride to work or to enhance their leisure riding. The aim is to get bike-curious employees comfortable and keen to use their bikes more often. Attendees receive hand outs and freebies, and the instructor will have a bicycle, helmet, and gear on hand to demonstrate key facts, and answer any questions attendees may have.
The Becoming a Bike Friendly Employer is a workplace consultation with a cycling expert from CAN and aimed at staff within an organisation who have an interest in finding out how they can support cyclists. The key audience is facilities/property managers, Health and Wellbeing advisors, Engagement and HR professionals, sustainability advisors etc. CAN will provide an assessment of your needs and a written report.
CAN's Cycling Suits package helps your organisation reap the benefits of less congestion, healthier more active employees and a smaller carbon footprint.
