The 2003 papers were never put online anywhere; Jane may possibly have a copy somewhere, otherwise the conf organiser Brian Fairchild or Paul Doherty (Whangarei) may have them tucked away somewhere.

Glen, I have already checked the BikeNZ site and all the papers loaded in the NZ Cycling Conference 2005 are wrong.
For example: if you try to download the Paper from Caroline Rea and Coralie McDonald called "Travel planning, safer routes and urban nodes in Auckland" what you get is a pdf from UCI about "Practical guide for commissaire in road events". Same thing with every Paper, they all have a UCI document.
I can try to contact somebody and get the real Papers.

Ah, you're right, I do recall that last time I looked there. Obviously something screwy with their content management system. Contact John Wilmer (john@bikenz.org.nz) to check it out and fix up.

We obtained a copy of the 2000 conf papers from previous webhosts EECA a while back; I have a copy if you like (~1.2MB), so does Axel.
The 2001 papers are on CCC's archive website at:
