can you please set up the ability for me and a few others to update / maintain the contact list (i.e. so that more names appear in the dropdown form on the e-mail contact page).

Anyways, this is needed just every now and then - you can ask the webmaster when you need changes to the contact form. I asked Richard to change the forms.
