    Meet up with the riders who are part of the opening of the Taumarunui to New Plymouth Cycle Trail and ride with them into Puke Ariki.

    Where: 10am Mangati Walkway Bell Block, 10:50am Te Rewa Rewa Bridge, 11:30am Puke Ariki Landing.

    This is the secondary deadline for getting local group reports submitted to chainlinks@can.org.nz for inclusion in the third 2011 issue of Chainlinks, planned for late October or earl November. Note that this is a later deadline for local group reports, which won't get the same level of editing. The main deadline for articles is(was?) September 14

    Time 10.00am.

    Ride with NZCT rider delegation on their final leg along the Coastal pathway (10 km  into Puke Ariki) for an official route opening, speeches, food, music and bike antics till 12.30pm.
