Many of you will be aware that Ian Kirkman leaves Greater Wellington tomorrow. In the interval before his replacement is appointed, I am organising some details of the forum.

The next Active Transport Forum is in three weeks on Tuesday 19 May 2009 from 12.45- 3.30pm. Please note the change from the regular Thursday meeting, and that due to fiscal constraints lunch will not be served. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available on arrival.

Just a reminder that updates are welcome from all members of the forum, not just Agencies. Please send through your updates so they can be circulated prior to the forum. The updates are taken as read and the forum provides an opportunity for questions to be asked about any items raised.

Please forward your updates to me no later than 5pm next Tuesday 5 May for collation and distribution.

Items that you may include in your update would be:

• cycling and walking initiatives that you have completed, are undertaking or are planning for the future
• upcoming opportunities to provide feedback on plans and policy documents with implications for cycling and walking
