1. Account balance: $335.93

Decision: request CAN send us the $58.48 they owe us for prizes for our new Facebook prizes.

2. Nathaniel reported on 2 Taranaki cyclists (in Waitara and Bell Block) recently injured by vehicles. Discussed that cyclists have a legal obligation to report these accidents to police. It's also really important to keep this kind of data for safety improvements. He's still working on setting up road users workshop for cyclists and truckees.

Action Graeme to send through Kevin H's link to full email group so cyclists can use it to report accidents.

3. Discussed possibility of starting NTCA Facebook page. This could stimulate interest by allowing our members to invite their friends to join. Discussed possibly offering spot prizes for new friends who recruit other friends - bike vouchers probably best. Discussed importance of having appealing graphics like Transition Town facebook page.

Action: Stuart to send Transition Town link to Graeme to figure out what exactly what kind of Facebook user we would be.

4. Graeme reported Road Safety Trust is being wound up. NZTA has given CAN/Bike NZ $1 million contract over 3 years to offer courses. Bike NZ is doing teen cyclist survey New Zealand wide about cycle related stuff
