1. Graeme has set up  a NTCA Facebook page. Agreed to discuss setting up some kind of draw with prizes next month.

Action: Graeme will make Stuart and Alan administrators so they can invite their Facebook friends and post items.

2. CAN administrator says she has transferred our dues share to our account.

Action: Graeme wil go to TSB to find out the signatories on our account - also to set up Internet banking.

3. Truck/cycle workshops

Action: Graeme will contact Nathaniel about status of plans for these workshops.

4. Long term plan - agreed to review draft plan to make sure NPDC has allocated adequate money for walking/cycling, that that haven't omitted anything significant and to support cycle-friendly projects they are planning.

Action: Graeme will send through link and deadline for responding to long term plan.

5. Monitoring Committee - Graeme watched meeting online and they endorsed all the modifications proposed by Lets Go after extended discussion of parking restrictions on existing street upgrades. This encloses changes proposed for Coronation Ave. On the Huatoki Trail, they chose option one for the extension to replace the part that fell into the stream. This would route walkers/cyclists along Parsons, to Glenpark, to Brois.
