1.NPDC is asking for input on on-line urban survey - closes Friday.

2. Tentative date for bus/cycle workshop: 22nd Nov. Will be at Sport Taranaki. Graeme will speak to Nathaniel to confirm time and ascertain whether NTCA needs to recruit some cyclists.

3. Les Thorne informed NTCA of a complaint he made after being cut off by a bus near Woodleigh School. He got the bus number and filed formal complaint with transit.

4. Report from Lets Go working group:

• Pendarves Street upgrade finished.
• Brougham Street upgrade to finish end of Nov. To be street party/market day 1st Dec for local businesses.
• Te Henui bridge installation delayed till Jan because of need to install two land bridges - as part of TRC consent process. Crossing signal between courthouse and police station is operational.
• At request of police, Te Henui upgrade will include section that extends under Cumberland Street to continuation of trail.
