The WCC Draft Cycling Policy proposes the use of the bus network as a cycle network. This solution is acceptable for some people, particularly the well seasoned, experienced cyclist - but it is not for everyone, many people would feel uncomfortable with a big yellow rumbling on their back. I contend that the WCC Cycling Policy does not cater for the needs of all types of cyclists. Do you agree with me? Please leave your comments!
