As promised at the last meeting, I have drafted up a submission which addresses most of the pertinent points in the WCC draft LTCCP document.

I am sure it is full of my own opinions and biases, so if there is anything you disagree with and think should not come from CAW, then say so - or let me know if I have missed something you think needs to be said.

I will be very busy in the middle of May and will probably want to submit it a week or so early - so please don't wait till the last moment to comment. It may be easiest to download the file, modify it, and then upload it again as a later version (it is now v1) but I will also try to incorporate comments if you just want to post something quickly.
