This is a report of a visitor survey, which was carried out on the Motukarara to Little River Rail Trail from 16^th December 2007 until 30^th May 2008. 

Thanks to Dave Milward from the Mahaanui Area Office of DOC Canterbury for sending a copy of this report to publish in this discussion group.

The survey is associated with the continued maintenance and upgrade of the rail trail but will add to the ability of those of us currently creating trails to tailor them to the needs of users.
