1 Bike fix-up day 10-10-10
Alan reported that Nathaniel wants us to meet at the Wind Wand at 9 am to help set up. Even runs from 10 am to 2 pm. Alan has some green information forms for a NTCA and has ordered some stuff from CAN on apro. It would be helpful if NTCA members could bring foot pumps and tools for simple repairs. Stuart will ask Katie to send out an email to the wider group reminding them of bike fix-up day
2. Alan reported that Nathaniel wants us to look at www.sharetheroad.co.nz to give feedback on it. He will check with Nathaniel about exactly what we are supposed to be looking for.
3. Can-Do is happening in Petone the last weekend in Oct. Graeme will be going and CAN will help with transport costs.
4. Alan reported the next Cycle Strategy Implementation Team meeting (between NTCA and NPDC staff) will be Oct 27th at 12:30 in the ground floor council offices. People should stop at Reception for directions.
5. Alan will follow-up with Nathaniel about what’s happening with the rural network signs warning motorists of cyclists.
