A reminder that the next forum is next week on Thursday 16 October 2008 in the Alpha Room Level 8 Regional Council Centre 142 Wakefield Street Wellington.
Timing
The forum is scheduled to run from Noon to 2pm. A light lunch will be served starting at 11.45am so the Forum can commence at 12.05pm sharp.
Agenda Items
We already have two items: the Regional Cycling Forum survey results that are attached and David Pearce from NZTA will update us on the Bike Wise programme. If you have any additional items you would like placed on the agenda please forward them to me by Tuesday next week .
Updates
As previously mentioned to speed up the meeting process I would like to collate for distribution with the agenda your updates on cycling related activities that you have completed since the last forum or have planned underway. Please send these as bullet points which you will be able to talk to if you desire that I will circulate with the agenda on the Wednesday.
