Council Meeting: Draft Cycling Policy

This is the continuation of the Strategy and Policy Committee Meeting of 18 June. There were too many items in the agenda, and the discussion of the Draft Cycling Plan was re-scheduled to the following day 19 June. The conversation didn't even start. Madam Mayor considered that the consultation would be hollow without putting priorities into proposed actions, and therefore put up a motion to postpone discussion until June 27th, and requested staff to prioritize actions. It was approved unanimously.

Before that, Iona Pannet proposed an ammendment to include targets to increase the number of cyclists. There was no support to the ammendment.
