CAN Legal

This group is dedicated to the discussion of legal aspects related to cycling in New Zealand, and for providing legal advice to CAN members.
IF YOU ARE A LEGAL MIND: If you are a legal mind and you have a keen interest in cycling, please join this group. You will have an opportunity to participate in a high level discussion with others who share your interest. You don't have to be a member of Cycling Advocates Network to participate.
IF YOU JUST NEED ADVICE: If you are interested in legal issues for a personal reason (for example, if you had your bike damaged in an accident, it was not your fault, and you want to make a claim against someone) and you would like to pariticpate in the discussion for a while, you are also welcome. But please be aware that, in order to join this group and participate in the discussion, you must be a member of Cycling Advocates Network.
