The Turitea Wind Farm hearing adjourned on
Friday 4 September 2009 and resumes again, as planned, on Monday 12 October
2009. Directions from Judge Kenderdine relating to further proceedings are
attached. As a result of the reconsideration of the turbine layout, further
dates have been scheduled for the hearing. The dates and venue are summarized

The hearing

Submitters who wish
to question expert witnesses are to inform the Board. Questions are to be put
in writing and forwarded to the project co-ordinator in advance. Notification
of the wish to cross examine the new witness, Dr Salinger, will need to be
forwarded to the Board by 2 October 2009.
