Volunteer & Group Development Portfolio
This group is for developing and supporting CAN's volunteer networks & local groups. The tasks of this group could include:
- Identifying and encouraging members with various talents useful to CAN
- Supporting and training members who are keen to help CAN in some way
- Providing support and advice to local CAN groups with regards to administrative issues, membership development, and advocacy methods
- Encouraging interaction and sharing of ideas/resources between local groups
CAN has a volunteer and staff development strategy to help guide this group.
