The European Cyclists’ Federation, the City of Frederiksberg and the City of Copenhagen are excited to invite you to the first ever VELO-CITY GLOBAL 2010, a conference that brings together cycling experts, city planners, decision makers, NGOs and researchers from all over the world to discuss the potential and challenges of cycling.

The conference will take place in the heart of Copenhagen, one of the world’s most inspiring cycling cities, and will offer you first hand experience of the city’s many innovative initiatives in the field of cycling.

2009 CAN Do: November 14 - 15, New Plymouth

This year's CAN Do, CAN's annual members' get-together, will be held in New Plymouth on Saturday and Sunday 14 - 15 November. The weekend will include CAN's AGM, workshops, training, rides, plenty of food and drink, and a chance to catch up with fellow "CANners" from around New Zealand.

As usual, CAN will be providing financial assistance to help ensure all local groups can be represented at the CAN Do.

Customer Driven Highways

The NZ Transport Agency and the NZ Institute of Highway Technology are holding their conference in Rotorua 1-3 November.  The theme of the conference is “Customer Driven Highways”.

They are calling for papers to be submitted before 30th June.
