April is submission month both for the Rotorua District Council's Draft 10 year plan [http://www.envbop.govt.nz/Publications/Ten-Year-Plan.asp] and the Environment BoP Draft 10 year plan [http://www.envbop.govt.nz/Publications/Ten-Year-Plan.asp] as well as the EBoP Regional Land Transport Programme [http://www.envbop.govt.nz/Regional-Land-Transport-Programme.asp]. RCA will be making submissions to these programmes in support of cycling issues. We wish to coordinate as much as possible with like minded groups and individuals such that our submissions are numerous, considered and well resourced. To that end we propose having a short hui focused on submissions immediately following wednesdays presentation of the RDC draft 10 year plan (see forwarded message below). Location to be advised. Please reply to calenth [at] hotmail [dot] com, or just come along. This meeting will also replace the 'regular' April meeting of RCA. Minutes from the March meeting will soon be posted at http://can.org.nz/rotorua
