How to get someone started with the system

Send a message more or less like this:

"When you log into the website, you see a different homepage then somebody from the public browsing the site without having an account (a so called 'anonymous' user).
If you don't share your computer with others, there's no need to log out when you are finished. In the column on the right, you will find the heading 'My Groups' and underneath it '[Group Name]'. Follow this link. It will bring you to an overview page that is unique to our group.
All the articles posted to this group are listed here. The first thing to do is to read the 'Tutorial: Getting started with this website'. Skip the first three articles and go to 'how to create an article'.
You will come across the following line in this tutorial item: "Under 'Groups', select an audience, usually your own group and public."
"Under 'Groups', select '[Group Name]' as the audience, and don't select public." This will publish the article to other group members only (they will receive a link to the article in an e-mail).
I suggest you go back to the overview page and read up on what is already there. Leave comments or post new articles in order to contribute. Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask me or others for help."
